A Canadian babe, Mimi was born in Toronto, Ontario and recently relocated to London, England to shake things up in Chelsea! Mimi is the cousin of tennis pro Eugenie Bouchard, who, at 23, proves that achieving goals at a young age is definitely possible!
At only 20 years old herself, Mimi founded the online lifestyle magazine MIMIBEE, and joined the Chelsea-based reality TV show ‘Made In Chelsea’ as an ongoing personality. MIMIBEE is a platform for the modern woman to read about all things fashion, love, sex, health and fitness.
What does babes supporting babes mean to you?
Babes supporting babes means empowerment for all women! Collaboration is so much stronger than competition 🙂
If you could choose your nickname, what would it be?
My real name is actually Camille! No one calls me that though. I’ll stick to Mimi.
What’s your spirit animal?
My spirit animal is a baby elephant. Idk why but they’re cute as hell.
What’s your proudest babe moment or achievement?
My proudest moment is deciding to move to London at 19. All I had was a plan. And almost 2 years later, the plan has been accomplished! My life has completely changed since jumping out of my comfort zone.
What’s the most unexpected thing you have in your purse or wallet?
I always have a book on me. Even if it takes up all of the room in my tiny bags! I’m currently reading Psycho-Cybernetics by Maxwell Maltz. I love constantly staying motivated and inspired by feeding my brain.
Tell us about a time where you were faced with a situation that you could have been unkind, but chose to be a babe instead?
Good question! I’m on a British Reality TV show called Made in Chelsea, and since I’ve been on the show I’ve definitely found myself in confrontation or two. When I’m being spoken to in a rude way, I always like to play it cool. There’s no point being unkind back, and if you’re the bigger person it really shows maturity. My go to line is “I’m sorry you feel that way.” Babes are always calm and understanding!
What product would you seriously stockpile if you found out they weren’t selling it anymore?
Definitely the eyebrow pencil from High Definition Beauty in Notting Hill.
If you had a yacht, what would be the name of it?
What was the best piece of advice you received when you were first starting your career?
Take 100% responsibility for your life. That one piece of advice has changed my view on everything. You’re responsible for the life you live. Successful or not, it’s your choice.

Persistence is key. Keep learning and improving daily.

I would love to go back to Greece!
What’s your favorite meal to eat?
Seared sea bass with veggies.

Vampire Diaries and french fries.
What quality are you working on yourself right now?
I’m trying to live in the moment more and embrace where I am right now.
What’s the biggest hurdle you’ve had to overcome in business?
I think when I was launching my website for the first time, it was so hard because I was doing it all myself. It took up so much time and effort and it would’ve been so easy to give up. But after the site was done I realized so much about who I am as a person and my work ethic. It was definitely worth it.
